About D’Annie

Anne Chukwudumebi Okonji who goes by the stage title D’Annie, is a soulful, classical, city & up to date Nigerian Gospel artist who hails from Delta State.

She is well-known for her deep roots in classical singing which has helped form her hanging Soprano vocal. Singing as a ardour started from a really tender age the place she belonged to choral teams in Major, Secondary and Tertiary establishments. Her youth service days weren’t neglected as she served as a Music Director in Home on the Rock Church, Calabar.

D’Annie is at the moment a psalmist in Home On The Rock Church Lagos and attracts inspiration from music and choir performances of famend artists similar to Kurt Karr, Yolanda Adams, Cece Winans, Fred Hammond, Celine Dion, Sammie Okposo amongst others She has shared stage with prolific gospel artists similar to Gabriel Ezeashi, Sammie Okposo, Tim Godfrey, Onos Ariyo, Nikki Laoye, Glowreeyah Braimah, to say however just a few. She continues to grace a number of native and worldwide phases along with her present.
