Having a tough time getting your chips good and skinny? Spray the underside of a dry measuring cup with nonstick cooking spray and press evenly on the scoops of an avocado combination to flatten. It’s tremendous simple, and completely mess-free!
- 1 massive ripe avocado
- 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Kosher salt
- Freshly floor black pepper

Preheat oven to 325° and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork till easy. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Place heaping teaspoon-size scoops of combination on the baking sheet, leaving about 3” aside between every scoop. Flatten every scoop to three″ large throughout with the again of a spoon or measuring cup. Bake till crisp and golden, about half-hour, then let cool fully. Serve at room temperature.
